Very amusing to see this unfold online. I've been monitoring a handfull of sites, and it's wild how something like this disseminates. Says alot about the web as well as TAR fans. Not the least of which is needing to get a life, but it's pretty hard to keep much under wraps these days...

When we saw this Willamette Week post that The Amazing Race 13 was rumored to be in town filming its finale, well, we freaked out. As if this was the biggest breaking news story ever. And we started dialing everyone we could think of for confirmation. As our editor said (wryly, we might add): "Nice to see democracy is safe today."

they were shooting at the hotel vintage plaza yesterday, i imagine they are there today as well.....
